What we offer
Four core services designed to help individuals, students, and small organisations understand and navigate digital risks — using ethical, legal, and human-rights-focused methods. Every service is personalised to your situation.
Every case is handled individually. You are not just another case.
Knowledge is your first line of defence.
Who this helps
Our Cyber Awareness & Education service provides clear, accessible guidance on the digital threats that affect everyday people. From phishing emails and social engineering scams to privacy risks and unsafe online habits, we help you understand what to look out for and how to stay safe — in plain English, tailored to your level of knowledge and your specific situation.
UK students, individuals new to online safety, small organisations wanting to support their staff, and anyone who wants to understand the digital risks they face without needing a technical background. We explain things clearly, patiently, and at your pace.
Most cyber incidents happen not because of sophisticated attacks, but because people simply didn't know what to look for. Education is the most powerful and cost-effective form of cyber protection available — and it should be accessible to everyone.
All educational content is based on publicly available, verified information. We never use fear tactics or exaggerate risks. Our goal is to empower, not alarm. You will always leave a session feeling more informed and more confident.
Clarity when you need it most.
Who this helps
If you've received a suspicious message, email, phone call, or encountered a questionable website or social media account, AICMP can investigate using ethical, legal, open-source methods. We review the evidence you provide carefully and produce a clear, honest assessment of whether the activity appears fraudulent — and what you should do next. Every investigation is handled personally.
Individuals who have received suspicious communications, people who believe they may have been targeted by scammers, small organisations concerned about fraudulent activity, and anyone seeking clarity on a digital situation they're unsure about. You don't need to be certain something is wrong to reach out — if it doesn't feel right, we'll help you understand why.
Scams and fraud are among the most common and damaging digital threats facing UK residents today. The impact is not just financial — it can be deeply distressing. Having an independent, professional assessment can help you make informed decisions, report to the right authorities, and protect yourself and others.
We use only information you provide and publicly available sources. We do not access private accounts, intercept communications, or use any unlawful methods. Our findings are presented honestly, including any limitations. We will never tell you what you want to hear — only what we actually found.
Types of Investigation We Conduct
Below is a full list of the investigation types available under our Scam & Fraud Investigation service. Each investigation is conducted personally, using ethical and lawful methods. If your situation does not appear below, please get in touch — we will always do our best to help.
An investigation into suspicious emails that attempt to trick you into clicking a link, providing personal details, or making a payment. We analyse the email headers, sender information, links, and content to determine whether it is a phishing attempt and who may be behind it.
What's included
An investigation into suspicious phone calls, voicemails, or text messages (including 'smishing' — SMS phishing). We assess the number, the message content, and any links or instructions provided to determine whether the communication is fraudulent.
What's included
An investigation into a website you suspect may be fraudulent, cloned, or designed to deceive. This includes fake shops, impersonation sites, and websites that mimic legitimate brands. We assess the site's registration, hosting, content, and indicators of fraud.
What's included
An investigation into a situation where someone is impersonating you, a person you know, or a legitimate organisation online. This includes fake social media profiles, fraudulent accounts using your identity, and individuals pretending to be someone they are not.
What's included
An investigation into a suspected romance scam — where someone online has built a relationship with you (or someone you know) and is now requesting money, personal information, or other assistance. These scams can be deeply personal and distressing. We handle all cases with sensitivity and care.
What's included
An investigation into a suspected fraudulent seller, fake listing, or marketplace scam — including situations where you have paid for goods that were never delivered, or where a seller has disappeared after receiving payment.
What's included
An investigation into a suspected financial scam, including fake investment platforms, cryptocurrency fraud, pension scams, and advance-fee fraud ('419' scams). We assess the legitimacy of the organisation or individual and identify indicators of fraud.
What's included
An investigation into a suspicious or fraudulent social media account, message, or activity — including fake giveaways, impersonation accounts, direct message scams, and fraudulent pages. We assess the account's authenticity and the nature of the suspicious activity.
What's included
An investigation into a suspected fake job offer, fraudulent recruitment agency, or employment scam — including situations where you have been asked to pay for training, equipment, or a DBS check upfront, or where the job offer seems too good to be true.
What's included
An investigation into a sextortion or online blackmail situation — where someone is threatening to share intimate images or personal information unless you pay them. These situations can be extremely distressing. AICMP handles all such cases with the highest level of sensitivity, confidentiality, and care.
What's included
An investigation into a suspected unauthorised access to one of your online accounts — including email, social media, banking, or other platforms. We help you understand how the breach may have occurred, what information may have been accessed, and what steps to take next.

Who this helps
Our Digital Risk Assessment service reviews your online presence and digital footprint to identify potential vulnerabilities, privacy risks, and areas of exposure. We produce a clear, actionable report that explains what we found and what you can do about it — written specifically for you, not copied from a template. Every assessment is tailored to your individual situation.
Individuals concerned about their online privacy, small organisations wanting to understand their digital security posture, people who have experienced a breach or suspect their information has been compromised, and anyone who wants a clear, honest picture of their digital risk. You don't need to be technical to benefit from this service.
Many people are unaware of how much of their personal information is publicly accessible online, or how that information could be used against them. A Digital Risk Assessment gives you the knowledge to take control — and the confidence to act.
All assessments are conducted using publicly available information and ethical OSINT techniques. We do not access private systems, accounts, or data. All findings are shared only with you, and handled with strict confidentiality. Your privacy is protected throughout.
Informed decisions, built on open intelligence.
Who this helps
Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) involves gathering and analysing information from publicly available sources — websites, social media, public records, news, and more. AICMP produces professional intelligence reports using these methods to provide lawful, ethical insight into digital risks, threats, and situations. Every report is written specifically for your case and presented in plain, accessible language.
Individuals and organisations who need a structured, professional assessment of a digital situation, journalists and researchers who need verified open-source intelligence, small businesses assessing the legitimacy of a potential partner or supplier, and anyone who needs clear intelligence from publicly available sources — without the jargon.
In an information-rich world, the ability to gather, verify, and interpret publicly available intelligence is a powerful tool for protection. OSINT reports give you structured, professional insight without the need for unlawful methods — and without the corporate price tag.
Every OSINT report produced by AICMP is based exclusively on legally and ethically obtained, publicly available information. We do not engage in any form of hacking, social engineering, or unlawful data collection. All reports are produced in compliance with UK law and presented with full transparency about our methods.
That's completely fine. Get in touch and we'll take the time to understand your situation and help you decide what would be most useful. All enquiries are handled confidentially and without obligation.
